The New Office Capital: Hyderabad Surges Ahead of Bangalore in FY23
Hyderabad, the capital city of Telangana has gradually become one of the most prominent hubs in India for flexible office leasing. The demand for these advanced office spaces in Hyderabad has been skyrocketing because the city has undergone significant infrastructural development and maintenance in the past few years . According to a research report by ANAROCK, 2023 has so far been an outstanding year for Hyderabad. Up until this point, the city has witnessed a gain in new office spac e supply of 14.94 million square fee t , accounting for a total of 31% of the total supply among the top 7 cities. Bangalore , on the other hand, registered 12.66 million square fee t , which is a 13% decrease from the prior fiscal year. Not only Bangalore , but Hyderabad also surpassed both the NCR (National Capital Region) and MMR (Mumbai Metropolitan Region), which were respectively closed at 8.82 and 4.18 million square feet of new office supply.
