Facility Management is the management inclusive of Equipment & Services that support the operation, security, and sustainability of structures, grounds, infrastructure, and real estate. For example, Lease management, which includes lease administration and accounting, is a part of facilities management. 

In simpler words, Facility Management is the maintenance of an organization, buildings & equipment. Facility management plays a crucial role in the smooth working of any organization. FM Services ensure safety, comfortability, sustainability & efficiency. There are specific specified roles & tasks performed by facility management.
