Rapid Change in the Office Space

During the past two years, we have seen a rapid change in the office space. This pandemic has caused drastic changes in office design. These changes have affected not only the structural undersupply of modern, high-quality office space but the overall demand for office space.

One of the most important changes has been the rise of remote working. Approximately 10% of workers in developing economies will be working from home at least three to five days a week in the near future. This means property managers must adapt to maximize tenant protection.

A coworking office is an office that allows workers to work in various locations. These locations can be open workspaces, dedicated offices, or flexible spaces. These office environments often have high employee counts and may not need additional space.
