Housekeeping staff or Office boys fall into the Blue collared staff category in India. These are the workers who use their physical abilities to perform their duties. There are many specifications when hiring a blue collared worker, including considering their education, training & much more.

Step 5: Onboarding    

With this step, we head towards the completion of the recruitment process. Though onboarding a blue collared worker is not a lengthy process, it still requires certain documentation before getting the employees onboarded. This documentation may include contact and emergency contact. It may require details for Employee’s state insurance corporation & provident fund as well.
